Once Booked, we arrive fully prepared to safeguard your floors, walls, and surrounding furnishings. Using high-quality cotton drop cloths, plastic covers, and accessory tools, we ensure that your space remains spotless and secure throughout the process.
Once the area is prepared, we ensure a thorough vacuuming of the entire item. You would be surprised how dirty fabrics can be when they are brand new! By doing this, we can ensure there is no barriers to allowing the treatment to effectively bond with each fiber.
Once the item has been vacuumed, our trained and certified technician applies your chosen treatment with care and precision. Our application equipment is specifically designed not to aerosolize the liquid to ensure every drop falls upon the item being treated.
After application, we allow the fibers to fully absorb the protective solution, ensuring long-lasting effectiveness. Depending on the fabric and treatment used, we may use specialized equipment to assist with the drying process. While the fibers may be dry within minutes after application, there is a 24h recommended curing time for all treatments.
Once complete, we clean up the surrounding protective equipment and conduct a thorough inspection to ensure flawless results. Finally, we walk you through care and maintenance instructions, addresses any questions, and leave you with our custom care kit.
