Our Process:

1. Initial Consultation

Fill out our online questionnaire to give us an idea of what your needs are. Your answers will allow us to provide you treatment options alongside the information you will need to approve the work. If you have specific questions, feel free to contact us over the phone or by email.

2. Inspection and Testing

Once your service item is received, we carefully unwrap and conduct a thorough inspection using pictures and notes to assess the items condition. As part of our due diligence, we also test the requested treatment in an inconspicuous area or on a provided sample to ensure the expected results. In the case that any defect is found, we will recommend the necessary cleaning/repair before proceeding.

3. Treatment

For items such as furniture, draperies, rugs, we use specialized spraying equipment to apply our treatments. This method is very similar to our onsite process but done on our application floor. For bolts of fabric, we use a specialty crafted machine we call “The Big Dipper” which processes the roll through a submersion technique and hangs it through a conveyor belt for curing.

4. Curing

After treatment, the curing process is what allows the penetrating effect of our treatments to bond within and around each fiber. This process is accelerated with industrial air movers, heaters, and dehumidifiers to enhance the performance of the treatment and ensure that the item is not exposed to prolonged moister.

5. Inspect, Roll, Wrap and Ready!

Once cured, another thorough inspection is done using pictures and notes to ensure the expected results have been achieved. Then the item is carefully rolled and wrapped using corrugated carboard and plastic tubing and placed back into its original packaging to be ready for pickup.

6. Storage options

As it is standard for our clients to arrange pickup and delivery, we allow for up to two weeks of storage after any treatment. Any storage requirements beyond this must be requested.
